Service felt lacking! Locked in a disappointing coffee situation, three trips for pods, just to end up at the restaurant begging for coffee.

This place is stunning! The lobby has beautiful marble finishes and the pool area is perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom complete with a shower and shampoo. The breakfast buffet served delicious chilaquiles, and the location is unbeatable, right across from a huge mall.
